Phil Schneider

Phil Schneider joined Tidel in 2021 as our Vice President, Service where he is responsible for all aspects of Tidel services, including customer relationships, call center, training and documentation, parts logistics, reconciliation, and field support.

Phil brings more than 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector in project management, emergency preparedness, safety, loss prevention and pipeline operations. Before joining Tidel, Phil held leadership roles with Speedway, LLC, where he led the transformation of the Emergency Preparedness and Corporate Safety efforts across the company footprint.  Prior to Speedway, Phil held various leadership roles at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where he focused on pipeline operations, process development and execution with Marathon Pipe Line LLC and business continuity programs for Marathon Petroleum Corporation.

Phil has a Bachelor of Physical Science degree with an emphasis in Mathematics from Defiance College.
